Your information
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains how Oruvela handles information when you use our social content planning and scheduling service.
Information we handle
- Account and sign-in details: your name, email address, password hash, and, if you choose a third-party sign-in option, the profile and account identifiers that provider shares with us.
- Your workspace: drafts, captions, hashtags, calls to action, uploaded media, schedules, and publication status.
- Connected social media account: account identifiers and the access token needed to schedule and publish posts to a platform you connect. These tokens are encrypted before storage.
- Billing information: payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; Oruvela does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
- Service and security data: session and audit records used to keep the service operating and help protect accounts.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, save your work, schedule and publish posts at your direction, provide subscription features, respond to service issues, and prevent abuse.
When information is shared
We share information with third-party service providers that help us host and operate the service, store application data and media, authenticate your account when you choose an external sign-in option, connect to a social media platform and publish posts at your direction, and process subscriptions and payments. These providers receive only information needed to perform their services and handle it under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
We keep account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings; this removes your account and associated media from Oruvela. Information held by providers, or retained where required for security or legal obligations, may remain subject to their own retention practices.
Your choices and security
You can update account details, disconnect a connected social media account, or delete your account in the service. We use safeguards including password hashing, session protections, access controls, and encryption of stored social media access tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above indicates when the current version took effect. Please review the policy periodically and contact the service operator with privacy questions or requests.
