Using Oruvela

These terms apply when you access or use Oruvela, a workspace for planning social content and scheduling posts to a supported social media platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use your account only if you are legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

Your content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give Oruvela permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, including sending content to a connected social media platform when you schedule or request publication. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content and connected social accounts.

You authorize Oruvela to use the permissions you grant through a connected social media platform to connect your account and perform the actions you request. You can disconnect the account, but posts already published to that platform are not removed by disconnecting.

Scheduling and third-party services

Publishing depends on the connected social media platform, its availability, network availability, and your account permissions. We cannot guarantee a post will publish at an exact time or that a third-party platform will remain available. The service currently supports scheduled single-image JPEG posts to its supported platform; other formats or platforms may not be supported. You must follow the connected platform's terms and applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Paid features, recurring charges, and subscription status are presented during third-party payment checkout and in your account settings. A third-party payment processor handles payments. You can manage available pause or cancellation options in Account settings; account deletion may immediately cancel an active subscription. Any separate offer-specific terms shown at checkout also apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use Oruvela unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Oruvela is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of content, or actions and outages of third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and account closure

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using Oruvela and delete your account at any time through Account settings.
